The District Superintendent, Victor E. Smith, oversees the statewide strategic planning and goal setting.
In 2009, Bob Sandler did an exhaustive research and statistical study on the status of the South Carolina District for his Master’s thesis for Mattersy Hall in association with Bangor University, England. Click here
